Monhegan Island ME 41-A
This was before the Coast Guard erected the solar panels on this
side of the lighthouse.
(I know they were needed, but it's oh so much more picturesque
without them)

Monhegan Island ME 41-B
Going to Monhegan
is an experience in it's own. It's a different kind of
place.
You need to walk up a steep hill to get to the
lighthouse, but once you get there the view is wonderful.
When
we were there, a building was being erected.
If I remember
right, it was to be a replica of the older keepers house.
