Lighthouses of
Prince Edward Island Canada
Prince Edward Island is not small as islands go, about 140 miles long.
But it is the smallest province in Canada and has 63 lighthouses still
standing. It has plenty of living space with lots of homes and apartments as well as farms.
In October 2009, we photographed all 63 in 6 days, along with Carol Livingstone, the
"Lighthouse Lady of PEI" and our friends, Tom and Darlene Chisholm.
We put 2200 miles on their car during those 6 days and thoroughly
confused their GPS unit.
